Dr. Gena Castro Rodriguez is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She is the Chief of the Victim Services & Parallel Justice Program for the Office of San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, overseeing victim advocacy, mass casualty, restitution and the California State Victims Compensation Program. The Vicitm Services Division serves over 8500 victims of crime each year, and targets the most vulnerable, marginalized and disenfranchised populations of the city with innovative, evidence-based practices.
Elisha Jussen-Cooke advocates for survivor safety and represents domestic violence, stalking, and sexual assault survivors in criminal, Title IX, and civil restraining order matters as Victim’s Rights Attorney at Cooperative Restraining Order Clinic. Elisha currently serves on the Board of Directors of Queen’s Bench Bar Association of the San Francisco Bay Area and has chaired its Domestic and Sexual Violence Committee since 2018.

IANGEL’s new initiative “Protecting Survivors During COVID-19” addresses COVID-specific impacts on survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking. We offer trainings, advocacy, education and collaboration.
