We are excited to announce that IANGEL has been selected as a featured grantee in the month of March by Together Women Rise, a network of advocates and allies across the U.S. dedicated to promoting human rights and gender equality. We are honored to receive support from these dedicated gender justice advocates for our work responding to the outrageous oppression of women and girls in Afghanistan. We are deeply grateful to the Together Women Rise community for supporting the fight against gender apartheid.
Together Women Rise is a powerful community of women and allies dedicated to global gender equality. It has hundreds of local chapters across the U.S. where members come together to learn about and advocate for gender equality issues, give grants to organizations that empower women and girls in low-income countries in the Global South, and build community to forge meaningful connections with each other and with women around the world.
