International Action Network for Gender Equity & Law (“IANGEL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) owns and operates this website (the “Site”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal information we may collect from you or that we may ask you to provide when you visit the Site and our practices for collecting, using, sharing, maintaining and securing that information. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective and was last revised on August 1, 2013.
What Information We Collect. When you request to “Join Us,” “Let Us Help,” or “Contact Us” we will collect personal information you voluntarily choose to provide to us, such as your first and last name, e-mail address, and postal address. When you visit our Site, our web server automatically receives and records information sent from your browser including your IP address, browser type, browser language and the date and time of your request. The personal information that you provide allows us to contact you and connect you with gender equity resources, volunteer and pro bono opportunities, or other information. With your permission, we may post comments that you send us on our Site or identify you or your organization as an IANGEL partner or friend.
